Project "Haus 08" by Stefan Forster Architekten is a transformative renovation project of a prominent housing structure of 1964 in Neustadt, Germany. While the building was previously only used as housing, the conversion and restructuring in 2010 provided a modernized living space, significantly increasing the usable surface area to meet contemporary needs.

This project contributes to the social-ecological transformation by repurposing existing structures and optimizing living spaces. “Haus 08” promotes efficient land use and reduces environmental footprint, while paying attention to outdoor areas which enhances green spaces, foster biodiversity and community well-being amidst urbanization pressures.
