Telli Hochhäuser by Marti+Kast Architekten / Renovierung: Meili, Peter und Partner Architekten is a transformative renovation of the Telli housing complex of 1969 in Aarau, Switzerland. The focus was on energy efficiency, structure, and preserving the iconic concrete stair towers. The facades and roof were insulated, and the existing structure was strengthened for contemporary demands. 
This project contributes to the social-ecological transformation by integrating sustainable practices. The project not only emphasizes the preservation of historical and architectural value but also enhances energy efficiency. The inclusion of a bioclimatic hall, communal spaces, and a focus on the residents' well-being reflects a holistic approach, fostering a sense of community and connection with the natural surroundings.
