5. SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER(S) AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE

5.1. After the entry period has ended, the organiser will determine the winner by 30 January 2026 by means of a random draw as follows:

+ Random selection of a calendar day from the entry period

The winner hereby expressly agrees to be contacted via the social media platform. Participants must remain available under their Instagram handle during the selection period.

5.3. The organiser will then contact the winner by email and request an online-conversation to coordinate the prize processing and transmission of the necessary data (name, address, date of birth, proof of age if applicable).

6. DISCLAIMER

6.1. Incorrect or incomplete entries are invalid and do not entitle the entrant to participate in the lottery or receive the prize. Incomplete entries are, in particular, those that do not meet the requirements set out in section 3.1. The organiser is entitled to exclude participants from the lottery if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the participant is using unauthorised methods of participation.

The organiser reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of participation and, in the event of difficulties that could compromise the integrity of the lottery and/or its proper execution, to terminate or interrupt the lottery at any time. In this case, the organiser's liability towards the participant is expressly excluded.

6.3. The organiser shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the lottery or any transmission error or other technical difficulties, unless the loss or damage is due to the organiser's intent or gross negligence.

6.4. The organiser shall be released from all obligations upon distribution of the prize (booking of the trip). If the prize cannot be claimed for personal reasons, it shall be forfeited without replacement.

6.5. Otherwise, the organiser shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply in the event of a negligent breach of a material contractual obligation. These are obligations that are essential for the execution of the lottery, as they enable it in the first place, and on the fulfilment of which the participant relies and may rely. In this case, the organiser's liability for simple negligence is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage associated with the lottery.

6.6. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

7.1. The participant guarantees that his/her entry does not contain any illegal content and, in particular, does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties (e.g. copyright, trademark, personal rights or other property rights).

9.2. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the prize or the payment of its cash value.

9.3. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

9.4. Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The same applies to any loopholes in the regulations.
